The Battle at San Jacinto

Deep in the heart of this Texan frontier, amidst the dense swamps, lies a story of courage, determination. The year was 1835 and the fate of freedom itself hung precariously in the balance. On April 21st , General Sam Houston led his ragtag army of Texian soldiers against the formidable Mexican forces under the command of General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna. The battle that broke out would become legendary, forever etching its name into the annals of American history: The Battle of San Jacinto.

The landscape was challenging, a tangle of tangled underbrush and muddy waters. Here, Houston's forces, outnumbered but brave, laid a trap for the arrogant Santa Anna.
